The Hedistar Hotel Narita

We loved the new air conditioning system in our room. It gave us the option to control the temperature, whether we wanted it cooler, warmer, or just a fan. It was perfect for us as old folks.

We felt so comfortable during our stay that there was no reason to complain.

During my recent stay at Hedistar Hotel, I was delighted by the delicious buffet breakfast offered. The selection of both Western and Japanese dishes was impressive and catered to all tastes. Additionally, the free shuttle bus to the airport was a convenient and comfortable way to end my trip. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and accommodating, always willing to help and provide assistance. the rooms were clean and quiet, creating a peaceful and relaxing environment. the free shuttle service to the airport was a great convenience, making the journey hassle-free and saving time.

The bed and pillow in the room were uncomfortable and too hard, which affected the quality of sleep. the hotel's location was a bit far from the nearest station, although it was still manageable to walk.

This hotel was a great find! the location was fantastic. It was so close to all the tourist attractions in Narita, especially the Narita San Temple. Plus, being near the airport made it really convenient for us. Secondly, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to assist us with everything we needed, from providing maps to even helping us send a parcel. Lastly, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, whether we opted for a double bed or two single beds. The free breakfast was also a delightful bonus. this hotel provided great value for money and attention to detail.

Despite being situated on a busy street, the rooms are surprisingly quiet, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The spacious twin rooms are well-lit and offer all necessary amenities, including a mini fridge with a freezer. Breakfast options are plentiful, providing a satisfying start to the day.

There have been some reports of noisy Chinese tourists, which can be off-putting for those seeking a tranquil atmosphere.
